Return Policy

This Return Policy explains our no-return position and the limited situations where replacement or other remedies may apply. It should be read with our Refund Policy and Terms and Conditions.

1. No Returns

• We do not accept returns of delivered goods for change of mind, unused stock, or wrong buyer-side measurements/specifications.
• Custom sizes, colours, profiles, glass configurations, and made-to-order items cannot be returned once production has started or goods have been dispatched.
• Buyer-arranged transport, storage, or third-party installation does not create a right to return goods to us.

2. What We May Do Instead of a Return

Where goods are damaged in transit due to carrier handling, or are materially defective / supplied incorrectly due to our error, we may (at our option) repair, replace, or supply missing items, or process a partial/full refund for the affected portion under our Refund Policy. That is not a general “return for refund” programme.

3. How to Report an Issue

• Inspect goods on delivery and report visible damage or shortage preferably within 48 hours.
• Provide order/quotation number, photos, and delivery details.
• Do not return goods to us unless we specifically authorise collection or return logistics in writing.

4. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
