These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, quotation tools, portals, and related services operated by KavachX Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

KavachX Solutions supplies aluminium, UPVC, and related building products and provides quotation, ordering, and dealer portal services. Our registered / operating address is set out in the Contact section below. Subject to applicable law, exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms shall be Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

2. Eligibility and Account Use

• You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services.
• Dealer and portal accounts are for authorised business users only. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate business and contact information and to update it when it changes.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is misused, compromised, or used for unauthorised purposes.

3. Quotations

• Quotations are estimates based on the specifications, dimensions, colours, profiles, and accessories you (or your authorised dealer) provide.
• Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
• Colour, profile type, glass, hardware, and related specifications are as stated in the quotation. We are not responsible for deviations requested or accepted after confirmation.
• Prices are generally quoted with GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Transportation, unloading, installation, site work, and other extras may be charged separately where applicable.
• We primarily serve dealers and trade channels. Direct consumer supply may be declined at our discretion.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• An order is accepted only after we confirm it and (where required) payment is received as per agreed terms.
• On confirmation and payment clearance, the order may be put into production. Production and delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Indicative delivery is typically within 30 days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeline is agreed in writing. Delays due to force majeure, transport, site readiness, or supply constraints do not constitute breach.
• Any change to size, colour, profile, quantity, or accessories after production has started may attract additional charges or may not be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are 100% advance.
• Payments may be made through bank transfer, UPI, approved payment gateways, or other methods we enable.
• You authorise us (and our payment partners) to process payments for confirmed orders and applicable charges.
• Title in goods remains with us until full payment is received. Risk may pass on dispatch or delivery as stated in the order documents.
• Failed, reversed, or incomplete payments may result in order hold, cancellation, or recovery of associated costs.

6. Delivery, Inspection, and Complaints

• Delivery is subject to site accessibility and buyer cooperation. Additional transport or handling charges may apply.
• Please inspect goods on receipt and report shortages, transit damage, or visible defects promptly (preferably within 48 hours) with supporting photographs/documents.
• Claims for manufacturing defects will be assessed under our refund / replacement policy and applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites and portals—including logos, designs, text, software, product data, and trademarks—remains our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit such content without prior written consent, except as needed to use our services in the ordinary course.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with the security or performance of our websites or portals
• Misrepresent your identity, business, or authority to place orders

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from a particular order is limited to the amount actually paid to us for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order or making a payment.

11. Privacy

Personal and business data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or other protections that may apply.
